Refunds and Returns

How refunds and returns will be handled for live stock (fish) and any non live items like beauty treatments etc.

Live Stock is excluded from Returns.

Please contact us if there is a problem with your order. Sometimes the fish are stressed from the journey. They may not move much, hang sideways or hide. If a fish has died during transit, please take a few pictures or a video while it’s in the bag and send it to me. -> [email protected]

The cost of returning items delivered in good condition falls to the customer. Goods have to be returned unused, sealed and in original packaging.

Goods damaged in transit: Please take pictures or video from multiple angles of the unopened package and then the products inside, if possible. This helps me investigate claims with the courier.

Without clear pictures or video, no refunds can be given.
